Returns
You have the right to return most items within 28 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.
Return conditions:

All payments on formelya.com are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment providers.
Refunds are always issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. We cannot process refunds to alternative accounts or cards.
