Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped

UK Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days

  • During peak periods or holidays, please allow up to 2 additional working days

  • Standard delivery cost: £7

  • Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may involve additional charges

Deliveries typically take place between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
A signature may be required upon delivery.

EU Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days

  • During holidays, please allow up to 5 additional working days

  • Flat-rate shipping: €25

  • Delivered via the most suitable courier based on destination and parcel size

Worldwide Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: from 7 working days, depending on destination

  • Flat-rate shipping: €35

  • Carrier is selected based on destination, size, and weight of the parcel

Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control.

Supplier & Split Shipments

  • Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers

  • Supplier shipments may take up to 15 working days

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Dispatch Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.
Tracking details will be provided if supported by the selected courier.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Failure to collect from a carrier’s pickup point

For deliveries outside the UK:
